Kitab means book and also means knowledge. It has this meaning in 17 languages and is the very real key of learning, but it is also the symbol for education itself.
Kitab is an international non-profit organization dedicated to working with refugee teens and young adults residing in Greece. Kitab students are provided with the resources and mentorship for continuing education, certifications and skills for job readiness. With an individualized education plan, Kitab students are matched with college students in Athens and with professionals from anywhere around the world and work towards certification in the careers of their choice.
