RefuAid was founded in 2015 in an effort to remove reliance on external aid and restore independence and dignity to refugees throughout Europe. We work with communities to provide long-term solutions for both refugee and host communities.
The RefuAid 'Language: A Gateway' project increases access to English language tuition for people who have claimed asylum in the UK and Greece and those in the process of doing so.
RefuAid provide interest-free, character based loans of up to £10,000 for refugees in the UK who need to pay for UK accreditation and training to return to work. (More info at www.equalaccessloan.org)
